Gingerbread dough fudge bites
These are chewy, festive ginger bread dough fudge bites that literally melt in your mouth while still being vegan and healthy

Ingredients

- 100g / 3,5 oz pitted dates
- 75g / 2,6 oz nut butter
- A pinch of salt
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp dried ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- In a food processor or powerful blender, process all the ingredients until it forms a clump of smooth “dough”. Divide the dough, and roll into 10 balls. Either serve immediately, or let firm up in the fridge or freezer.
Notes
I totally recommend keeping the bites in the freezer. They firm up, and once you pop them in your mouth, they melt like an absolutely dream.
