Healthy cookie dough, a type recipe extremely many healthy food blogs include in their recipe portfolio. Of course, I can’t just do a plain old version, I have to make three different versions, haha. All three extremely delicious with different pros and “cons”.
Flavourwise, the four ingredient version is my absolute favourite. However, I love the chickpea version for its lightness compared to the slight heaviness of the four ingredient one. The double chocolate one, well do I need to say anything more than double chocolate?!
Nevertheless, all extremely delicious and so simple to make. Delicious, nutritious, fabulicious! I’ll leave it at that.
You can most probably find loads of recipes using chickpeas and such, which is one of my favourite versions. But one day I find myself wanting chocolate cookie dough and not having any chickpeas at home! *dramatic sound effect* Therefore, I just had to find a sthis recipe!
Enjoy!
