Chickpea, no bake, Double Chocolate Mocca Cookie Dough

Ingredients

Scale
  • 120g / 4 oz / 1/2 package of rinsed chickpeas
  • 6 pitted dates
  • 46 tbsp flour of choice, almond, coconut, oat, etc.
  • 12 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • A splash of water
  • Optionally a splash of vanilla essence and a pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • Optionally 1/21 tbsp of coffee granulate/ground coffee
  • 50g chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except for the chocolate in a mixer or food processor until it forms a dough, or using a hand mixer mix the dates smooth and add to the rest of the ingredients. If it’s too moist to roll just add some more flour, verse versa.
  2. Mix in the chocolate. Shape into equal balls or cookies and voilà, enjoy!
