The best cheeseless Quesadillas

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 package (à 240g) white beans of choice
  • 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 23 tbsp tomato salsa

Instructions

  1. Mash the beans with a fork in a bowl or in a food processor. Add the nutritional yeast and onion powder.
  2. Divide the bean paste between two of the tortillas. Evenly spread around 1 tbsp, or amount of choice, of salsa on the same tortillas. Put the left over tortillas on top of the ones with the filling.
  3. Heat up a frying pan with a bit of oil or fat of choice. Pan fry the quesadillas so they become brown on both sides. Cut up in wanted shapes and enjoy!
