4–6 tbsp chestnut flour (or nut- or oat flour or such)
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Optionally a handful of raisins, chopped dried figs or apricots
4 tbsp buckwheat or cereal, nuts or seeds of choice
4 tbsp cacao nibs or nuts and seeds of choice
Instructions
In a food processor or blender mix the dates and nut butter, optional coffee, til it becomes a paste/dough. Add the cocoa powder and flour. The flour one or two tbsp at the time until it forms a uniform dough.
On low-speed or by hand mix in your add in of choice. Shape into balls or into a large square that you later cut into equal-sized bites. Enjoy!
