Chocolate pudding protein thick shake
- 1–1,5 bananas preferably frozen
- 1 scoop / 25g protein powder of choice (I used pea which gives the shake a thick texture)
- 2–3 tbsp cocoa or cacao powder
- 1,25 dl / 1/2 cup milk of choice
- A splash of vanilla essence/powder
- A pinch of salt
- Simply just mix all the ingredients until thick and smooth! Optionally top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
